6. Where we store your data
Our company uses a number of business systems from various suppliers to help us meet our contractual obligations to clients and provide information about our business and service offerings to prospective clients.
When selecting and using these systems we take the security of data seriously. As different countries have different data protection laws, we will check where the data in the systems that we use is stored. Where the systems provider stores the information outside the EEA we will have confidence that the provider has demonstrated that adequate safeguards are in place to protect data.

11. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
11.1 In the event that we were to use automated decision-making based upon personal data and those decisions have a legal (or similarly significant effect) on you, you have the right to challenge such decisions. You can request human interventionin the decision-making process, to review the resultingdecisionor to provide anexplanation of the decision
11.2 Your right given in section 11.1 does not apply in the following circumstances;
- the decision is necessary for the entry into, or performance of, a contract between you and us;
- the decision is authorised by law; or
- you have given yourexplicit consent
11.3 Where we use your personal data for profiling purposes, the following shall apply:
- Clear information explaining the profiling will be provided, including its significance and the likely consequences;
- Appropriate mathematical or statistical procedures will be used;
- Technical and organisational measures necessary to minimise the risk of errors and to enable such errors to be easily corrected shall be implemented; and
- All personal data processed for profiling purposes shall be secured in order to prevent discriminatory effects arising out of profiling.
